Smallwares and in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Large commercial equipment or custom-fabricated units may require 7-14 business days for processing and freight coordination.
Are your products covered by a commercial warranty?
Yes, most Vollrath products carry a specific commercial warranty ranging from one year to limited lifetime coverage, depending on the product category. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use.
Do you offer international shipping for professional kitchens?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, we recommend working with an authorized export partner to ensure compliance with local electrical and safety standards.
What is your return policy for food service supplies?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that used food-contact items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and large equipment may be subject to a restocking fee.
